Harry's paternal grandmother's death certificate - she died on 29th June 1972 at the age of 91.

She died in St Leonards Hospital, Shoreditch, London of old age. She was the widow of George Squire Boutall, a taxi-driver of 5 Ben Jonson Court, London N1. The death was registered by Charly, one of her sons, and brother to George, Harry' s father.
